Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Moshi
Arrival Day – Welcome to Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional team and transferred to your hotel in Moshi.
The remainder of the day is at your leisure — a perfect opportunity to relax, recover from your journey, and settle into your surroundings before your Kilimanjaro adventure begins.
In the evening, your experienced mountain guide will conduct a comprehensive climb briefing, including a detailed itinerary overview and a thorough equipment check to ensure you are fully prepared for the days ahead on Mount Kilimanjaro.
Day 2: Moshi – Nale Moru Gate (1,990 m) – Simba Camp (2,625 m)
After breakfast, depart from your hotel in Moshi and drive around the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro to the quieter northern side, arriving at Nalemoru Gate after approximately 3–4 hours.
Following registration formalities, your trek begins through cultivated farmland and gradually transitions into the peaceful montane forest. This section of the route offers a gentle introduction to your climb, with opportunities to spot wildlife such as black-and-white colobus monkeys and a variety of bird species.
The trail ascends steadily, leading you to Simba Camp, where you will arrive after approximately 3–4 hours of hiking. Settle into camp, enjoy a freshly prepared meal, and relax as you take in your first night on the mountain.

After lunch, continue your steady ascent toward Kikelewa Camp, located in a sheltered valley surrounded by striking high-altitude terrain. Upon arrival, settle in, enjoy a warm meal, and relax as you continue to acclimatize for the days ahead.

Day 4: Kikelewa Camp (3,630 m) – Mawenzi Tarn Hut (4,310 m)
After breakfast, continue your ascent on Mount Kilimanjaro as the trail becomes steeper and the vegetation gradually thins. You will enter the dramatic alpine desert zone, where the landscape is rugged, open, and strikingly beautiful.
As you gain altitude, enjoy breathtaking views of both Mawenzi Peak and Kibo Peak, rising majestically above the surrounding terrain. The changing scenery offers a true sense of the mountain’s scale and diversity.

Upon arrival at Marangu Gate, you will complete park formalities and receive your official summit certificate — a proud recognition of your achievement on Africa’s highest peak. Here, you will also bid farewell to your dedicated mountain crew who supported you throughout your climb.
You will then be transferred back to Arusha for a comfortable overnight stay, where you can relax, refresh, and celebrate your incredible accomplishment.
